Rulemaking and the Administrative State
Our first CLE Opportunity of 2023
Ward and Smith, P.A. and online
Join us Friday, April 14th at Ward and Smith, P.A. for Rulemaking and the Administrative State. (or via Zoom)
As lobbyists, we can easily get caught up in session and budget deadlines… but what happens before and after laws are passed?
Join NCPLA for an overview, inside look, and recent updates of North Carolina’s rulemaking process with Jeanette Doran, President and General Counsel of the NC Institute of Constitutional Law and Chair of the NC Rules Review Commission and Ashley Snyder, the NC Codifier of Rules.
This two hour CLE will include an overview of NC’s approach to the APA, Rules Review Commission, and insight from OAH.
This event will be live and presented on Zoom. Please indicate when you register if you will attend live or virtually.
