IT Manager



The NC REALTORS® is seeking a full-time IT Manager to oversee and maintain the association’s technology between two offices (Greensboro and Raleigh), including, but not limited to, its computers, in-house computer network and membership database (RAMCO); phone system; tablets; laptops; provide support of all IT-related issues, including onsite and offsite hardware and software installation and backup; advise senior management on the impact of technology and act as direct support for members and association staff.

A bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Network Management or related field is required or equivalent combination of education and experience. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of professional experience as a Network Administration, Database Administrator and with enterprise software solutions. RAMCO experience is preferred and will be given preferential consideration. Working knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation enterprise platforms is required with Click Dimensions practical knowledge preferred and given preferential consideration. A working knowledge of iOS hardware and applications (design team operates on MAC environment) is preferred. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an unwavering commitment to member and staff service and have exemplary interpersonal skills.
